So this is for your fingernails, if you are using bakes on mesh and currently want to use a older skin, this covers up the nails that would show up on the mesh you are baking it on.
There is still a lot of bugs with BOM is important to note that you may not see the gloves in edit mode, why this is i have no idea, but its good to know what color you would like to set your skin tone as for hiding of your nails. Please be aware i am not responsible for this bug and you are aware of this problem before your purchase!
