Ever wanted to live on the riverbank or along the shore side? Now you can! This is the coolest houseboat with an open floor plan. The top room has double doors accentuated by floor to ceiling windows. Both doors access the wrap around covered deck & walkway. The back deck area is covered with a sheer neutral fabric awning. There are 2 benches with 4 sit animations per bench great for relaxing OR perhaps watching for sightings of the Loch Ness Monster aka: Nessie (I saw him at my place as shown on one of my photographs) LOL ｡◕‿◕｡
The bottom room has a door on each end as well. Both decks have sculpted railings so no one falls off the side. The 2 windows on the front have detailed sculpted window ❀flower❀ boxes that I made especially for this project and I feel it gives it a home like touch.
Also provided are 2 ramps, for you to chose, just in case you need to access land. 1 is made of logs to match the bottom of the houseboat the other is more of a pier type walkway and matches the wood that the houseboat is made from. Both are copy & modifiable so you can make it whatever size you need and set out as many as you want.
The rustic lanterns provide a nice glow on midnight setting for a romantic evening or to make sure everyone sees your beautiful new houseboat that is sure to be the envy of your sim.

Adorable
I just got this boat house for an extra house on the property. And I think its adorable and very spacious. Its worth the price. Someone had mentioned something about the doors. The doors only messed up if they were opened before finishing the property. I put the door back and set the property and then after the doors were fine. Thank you

4 stars instead of 5 only because I didn't receive first time i purchased and had to play with the doors to get them to stay in place when opening/closing
