Horrible support. The product has been abandoned by the seller.
This product is a must have for any independent DJ or Club. It's a shame the seller has stopped providing support!
You will be wasting $1500 if your product needs any support.
I have an issue with my board (it became corrupt) and have contacted them on their web site, sent note cards and IM's to all of their support staff and the owner - and have not receive ANY response. This has been going on for weeks.
Get this because it's a great product, but hope you never need support. They haven't cared about their customers or products for at least a year. No updates, no communication. What a shame.

My inventory is a mess but is a shame sell a 1500L$ item NO COPY!!!
I bought it for the 4th time today!!!! and it won't let me leave another review because i already did!
So i deleted my past review and left this 1 star review!
I always took hours to customize it with my logos and my texts!
Everytime i pay attention to take it, but i keep on loose it: i don't know why: i never lost anything else no copy i care about!
I looked in Lost&Found and Trash, also looked with "creators name" filter: no way.
I also rezzed on ground and checked all "multiple objects" i found no copy in my inventory.
Spent 3 hours + 3 more to set up the new board!
This is the last time i buy it, next time i'll build a better one by myself!

Best Club Board Ever!
I bought it first time more then 4 years ago and it always been the best board i ever tried.
Sadly i keep on lost it in my inventory...........
and i bought it the 3rd time today.
Not to mention I have to set up all my djs and all configurations for the third time....
Mind to make a copy version??

i have 5 shout-cast boards, and i can say its the best i ever had ( i had 5 clubs lol ) still 1 club remaining
i use most of Saii his stuff for the last 3 years,
the service of Saii is amazing if you im him with problems he will help you direct
my experience with shout-cast is more then good, i would never buy something somewhere els than at Saii his shop if i need stuff for music
in 1 word i can say Amazing items
This is the hottest system. This revised version has much less lag, and it will be an awesome addition to your club. Get yourself one! Our djs and our customers love it!
shoutcast recievers , dam these things are a pian in the rear, aren't they?, well maybe not, i have been to many clubs and seen these things drive users nuts to a point that they are contacting the maker to complain and get it to work or they just look for something else, but i purchased this onefor events and clubs to use , and not once have any of the ones that used it or I had an issue, it is great the instructions are simple and quick set upand the customer service is a bit slow but you know when ppl can" understand the others they do keep the maker busy helping them but still first rate, if you want a complicated board don't by this one. ty ty to the maker keep up the great work
