I am very happy with this model It works great for what I'm using it for and it's low on land impact.

This is a great model, particularly its optimization. it scales up very well if you wish to make it bigger, with a very modest change in land impact. It mods very well. Highly recommended if you need NPC figurines or anything of the sort.
