Sagewood Rowhouse(69LI, 7x13)

Sagewood Rowhouse is a small double-storey house with light green trimmings.

It has a living area of only 7x11 but you still get the feeling of spaciousness because of it high walls(5m) and long windows.

The ground floor is open spaced but the staircase separates the kitchen area. Upstairs, there is an open area and 2 private rooms.

Sagewood Rowhouse is only 69 land impact and has a 7x13 base area. It will fit a 512 plot but will look better on a 1024 plot.

It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. The no mod is for some of the scripts. It is UNFURNISHED.
