Our demos are phantom and can only be rezzed one time.
They are also no modify, no copy and no transfer.
The Demos are made so that you can see the home on your land or in world.
You may camera or fly around to view the home.
After rezzed, you may move the rez box to ensure that all parts are rezzed into place.

I love all of KayZee Creations houses/builds. It is great having Demos to see how the houses/builds looks, etc., on your own land. You can't go wrong with the purchase of a house/build from KayZee Creations, they are all so beautiful :-)
