First of all this dock looks new and I love that part! The wood planks look so nice and it's what I had been looking for in MP. I would give this a 10 star.... I looked at about 20 docks in MP this is the best :) ~gwen~

Low prim. You can set this up to your liking. Very easy to place and adjust to your land. I love, love the lanterns.
