Camera follows the avatars movements around and has an inbuilt visitor list maker, which will list on command anyone who has come within 20 metres.
The camera consists of two parts - camera and a wall mount, having the same coordinates along the axes X, Y, Z.

This quality-made camera does follow the avatar's movements up to 20 meters. I tested it.
The visitor list is helpful and lists, on command, anyone who has come within the above-mentioned radius. It's important to note that only the owner can command this. In addition, if you are not the owner, there is no indication that you are able to control it either by clicking on it or typing any command. As a non-owner, all that you know is that the camera is following your movements and that you see the red light blinking. I had a friend test it.
I have not seen how the chat spy works. No matter. I don't care what others are chatting about anyway.
The camera consists of two parts: camera and a wall mount. When you rez the camera, make sure that you have your edit window ready (press Ctrl + 3 on PC before rezzing) so that you can easily move both the camera and wall mount to the location you want it.
Based on what I've seen so far here in Marketplace, this is the best looking product that works. It's 100 percent mesh, detailed down to the metal texture and the Allen bolts, and the blinking red light gives it a realistic hi-tech touch.
If you are looking for a quality security camera that works as advertised, this one is it.
