Those sheep.....
I wasn't happy with the sheep purchased because of their less-than-smooth animations, but the creator responded to my comments about that quickly, politely, and with generosity. Such a level of customer service was a pleasure to experience, and made a big difference, even if the sheep weren't perfect.
