you can hear them from every part of your sim, if you are living in a skydome then your neighbors which are in other skydomes can hear this. loud objects are bad objects

amazing horses
love the horses colors and spread them all out everywhere and they are all very happy. they look so very real as they move their head up and down to eat. keep up the great work. my farm is almost complete.
