Not Really Mod

Unfortunately I read the last review after I purchased this item or I wouldn't of made the purchase. This item is listed as mod, but you can not remove the railing from the flooring making it impossible to add any stairs coming off the sides or additional flooring levels. If you are using this 'as is' then it will probably work for you, but if you are wanting to do anything else then i wouldn't recommend it. I asked for a refund after asking for the flooring piece alone and was denied both requests. I then found a docking set at a fraction of the price that has the flooring piece separate. I wish this could of been fixed or given a refund for purchase.

The pier set just looks like nothing else i seen in SL. Extreme low prim
My hope's for extended versions.

I would like to have a less prim effective version with higher LOD and separated railing and deck that would allow us to make our own variations.
