The ""Sky Lander" is a powerful beast of a hi-tech Hoverjet. It also comes with a landing platform that you can use on auto pilot for a perfect, hands-free landing every time, from any angle.

The craft uses anti-grav technology and jet thrusters to fly. The pilot seat has menu-driven pose adjustments to accommodate different avatar sizes. You can control the four headlights and pilot’s canopy using chat commands.

Flying the Hover Jet.
Touch the craft or right-click the pilot seat and select "pilot". Once you're seated, wait a second for the powerful anti-grav engines kick in as you hover gently. Now, you can move by using the forward/backward arrow keys to adjust the speed, use the left/right turn arrow keys to steer, and use the PgUp and PgDn keys to climb and descend. Once you're moving, you'll see the thrust jet streaming from the rear as you fly. You can continue to fire the thrusters and move forward as long as you keep your finger on the forward arrow and you can steer as you move.

Auto-Landing.
You get a free landing pad you can edit and copy. Fly your vehicle within sight of the platform, then touch the auto-land pod control under the vehicle. You'll see it start to glow orange. Then, touch the top of the landing pad and your vehicle will fly itself down to land and align itself on the pad.

Parking.
If you stand up while you’re flying, the vehicle will turn off any forward motion and lock its vertical and geostationary position. So you can park next to a high landing platform or the top of a docking column by climbing out of your pilot's seat when you're in position. It's then safe leave the vehicle.

Security.
The vehicle is DNA-locked, a security feature that allows only the owner to fly it. You won't need to worry about someone else flying off with it after you've parked it.

These vehicles are all scaled for use with the Exosphere Modules such as the Landing Terminal, Vehicle Bays and the Tech Garage.
