For the price that I paid for, I think the texture is nice enough. You have to know how to edit the texture in the 'Edit Tools' interface. Under default settings, tweak the horizontal (5.700) and vertical scales (12.300) until you're satisfied with the texture. It looks pretty realistic for me for a 2032 sqm parcel. Hope this helps.

Lovely texture, crisp and clear - no idea what the 1 star reviewer is talking about. Maybe they have a crappy computer.
Blurry
Not sure the quality of land/soil the reviewers are used to, but the ones I got from this shop, are blurry.
And we are almost in 2024, can't believe there are no maps included. You find better even on freebies.
