Starbase Cryogenics and Stasis Facility
Only 22 prims.

This facility uses the most advanced techniques in sub zero temperature control and tissue freezing to allow you to store crew or prisoners in a state of cryogenic stasis or suspended animation.

Features:
- Ice-coated tunnel entrance
- Hanging icicles and pulsing wall lights
- Four different styles of cryogenic chambers
- 7 different attachment points - YOU decide what goes where!
- Cryogenic Control Panel (touch to operate)
- Particle ice clouds & light effects

Free Accessories:
- Cryogenic Tubes, Chambers and Containment Cells (all posed)

Access is through a frost-covered iris door (that opens and closes on touch) and then along a temperature-controlled ice-coated access tunnel. The Facility os a large circular shape with pulsing light effects on the walls and ice crystal icicles hanging from the ceiling.

Inside the Facility are attachment points for the various types of cryogenic containers and containment tubes at your disposal. You can decide what goes where - just rez one and click on the magnetic panel on the side. You'll have made your own custom-designed layout in seconds.

There's a large cryogenics Control Panel that you can touch to turn on the particle white mists that spread out horizontally from the centre of the room (but are never visible from outside the facility). Touch the controls again to turn it off again. The Facility walls can be seen to emit a series of faint, glowing pulse on occasions. There are deep layers of ice covering the floors and the wall panels, so mind your step.

The Cryogenic Chambers
LThere's four different styles of cryogenics chambers included for you to use. Some have bubbles rising up tlhrough the suspension liquid. Some of the Chambers and tubes have their own moving parts, like a metal grill that lowers itself down to cover the tube when touched. Each one has its own adjustable pose built into it. The chambers include a Vertical and a Horizontal cryogenic tube, a mesh stasis pod and a huge central containment cell that can hold humanoids (or aliens) that are significantly larger than normal.

Entering Stasis:
The easiest way to climb into one of the cryogenic chambers is to simply sit on the glass of the chamber. You'll get a menu of options. Select the pose labelled "wait". This will allow you to stand outside the chamber before you decide which pose you want to commence with These positions are also adjustable to fit your own dimensions and they will remember up to five different avi's seat settings. Once inside the chamber, you can try out the different alignments available for your suspended animation.

Exiting From Stasis:
Once you are done, you can touch the chamber glass again and select "wait" from the menu that appears - this will set you in the standing pose outside the chamber again. Then, just select the 'stand' on your browser and you're good to go. Better go have a hot drink!

The Cryogenic Controls:
Feel free to use the controls whenever you want to enhance your RP. They will flood the facility with a low-temperature white gas that flows across the floor. It will keep running until you touch it again to switch it off.

The module forms part of the Exosphere starbase modules and so will link up seamlessly with them or you can use it stand-alone

The Cryogenics and Stasis Facility has seven Magno-Bolt plates embedded in the walls so you can attach the accessories easily.

There's some extra items included in your purchase. Accessories included:

- Horizontal Cryogenics Tube [4 prims]
- Vertical Cryogenics Tube [5 prims]
- Huge Cryogenics Containment Cell [1 prim] mesh
- Cryogenics Chamber [2 prims] mesh

The Cryogenic tubes all have poses that can be adjusted for various avatar sizes and dimensions. They will remember up to five different settings and will apply them automatically whenever that avatar uses the cryogenics tubes or chambers.

The Cryogenic tubes and chambers have Magno-Bolt plates which means you can automatically align them by rezzing them and touching the Magno-Bolt plate and then touching the one on the wall of the Cryogenics Facility. Make sure you get this the right way around. The first plate you touch is the one that will move into position to align with the second one you touch.

Great new role-play addition to add to my space station! Exosphere continues to release great items regularly. Almost makes it hard to keep up. :)
