The design of this shop is based on one of the traditional houses in this town and is situated at 33 East Bay street at the corner of Waterstreet. It is a chique midsize building that will let you hear ooohhh's and ahhh's from your customers.
HOW DOES THIS SHOP LOOK LIKE
This desirable higly detailed shop has a footprint of 36 x 28 m and has a land impact of 139 + 8 for doors. If you have limited Landimpact you can take out a lot of details. Starting with the doors (8 LI), ornaments above the windows (36 LI) and the planter (4 LI)
At 2 floors, to reach by an easy to walk on staircase, you can display your merchandise.
