Studio 5 is 100% mesh and as it is has a land impact of 3.
The perms are MOD and COPY, (the scripts are no mod which will make the prim appear as no mod, but you can modify the build, just not the scripts).
The build is 14 m by 13 m, consisting of a entry way leading via an archway through to a long room with faux French doors and side aspect windows. Doors in the entry way take you to a bedroom with rear aspect windows and a bathroom space with a single forward aspect window.
The floors and doors both contain materials which you will need to adjust your viewer to observe.
