- typically put in a new question each week
- next week announce the result in group notice, and announce a new question.

Promotes sim activity since people come to vote.

1) Rez
2) Edit its contents, "Survey Topic", so the **FIRST** line contains your topic text
3) DONE.

Operation:
=======
- Anyone can touch to give their vote
- - - Hover text is updated to show current results
- - - Survey Box also whispers current results in local chat
- Nobody can touch and vote twice (it says "Sorry, you already voted")

- OWNER can edit the contents "Survey Topic" to reset COUNT and TOPIC
- OWNER (or 2nd ADMIN) can touch to enter new TOPIC and reset COUNT
- - - entering an empty/blank topic just skips and goes to normal VOTE dialog
