▶ ★Optional: Open or double-click the script in the Contents and Customize the following values:
▷ DEFAULT_INTENSITY: The intensity of light is a measurement of how strong in absolute terms the light is.
▷ DEFAULT_RADIUS: Radius is the distance that light will travel from the center of the object before it blends into and becomes indistinguishable from the scene's natural ambient lighting.
▷ DEFAULT_FALLOFF: Falloff is the extent to which light "decays" as it travels away from the object.
▷ DEFAULT_GLOW: Glow sets the glow effect of the light source (e.g. bulb, candle).
▷ DEFAULT_FULLBRIGHT: Sets the Full Bright attribute of the light source.
▷ DEFAULT_COLOR: Sets the Color of the light and the face specified in the object's Description (see below). Values represent the Red, Green, Blue components of the light in values from zero (0) to 255.
▷ CLICK_SOUND: A sound in the inventory of the prim this script is in or a UUID of a sound.
▷ CLICK_VOLUME: A value between 0.0 (silent) and 1.0 (loud).
▶ ★Optional: Using the Edit Tool go to the General Tab (of your light source prim) and type the numeric value of the object's light source face into the Description.
○ Obtaining the face number
➀ In the Edit Tool, press the Select Face radio button
➁ Select the face that represents the light source
➂ Press the key-chord (press them all together): SHIFT + CTRL + ALT + T
➃ Read the numerical value in the NOTIFICATIONS popup of your viewer
○ To specify All Faces use a negative one (-1) as the value
✔ Note: The "face" value specified is used for Full Bright, Glow and Color (the "light" emanates from the prim's geometric center).
✔ Note: The default face value is 0. The default is used if none was specified or if the value specified was not a readable integer.
✔ Note: If you've set an alpha value on your bulb face, it will be retained.

simple and free
love it
It's free and it's full perm
Therefore I'm not gonna complain but the full bright setting on one face which is to be specified in the item's description doesn't work. Maybe it's because I'm using a mesh light bar, but it doesn't read or use 1 which is the face it should set to FB, it reads 0, also after resetting the script.
Well, it's a script. It works, if it feels like it, I guess.
Exactly Perfect!
Exactly what I needed! Thank you for making this so accessible, and giving us newbie-scripting-learners a nice helpful hand :)
GREAT SWITCHER
this is great thing and make a great glow !!!!!
