You can't run with scissors, but who said anything about knives? These scripted throwing knives feature a number of customization options and include a scripted throwing target with gameplay features for challenging your friends or testing your skills.
-- The Throwing Knives Feature :
The knife holster is attatched to the upper left thigh and is a static non-rigged mesh, designed to allow the user to edit the holster straps to fit on virtually any avatar. The knives are thrown with the left hand, allowing the simultaneous use of the right hand for other weapons. When thrown at an avatar, the knives will deal Linden Damage. (100%) The knives will stick into the surface of any prim and remain for approximately 60 seconds before dissapearing, utilizing an advanced method of hit detection designed specifically for Tokugawa.
The holster includes options to customize the appearance of your knives with one alternate texture option that has two color choices, control over how the knives behave during flight, trailing particles, holster fitment with two different strap shapes, and the option to use "C" as a firing button instead of Mouseclick, for simultaneous use with other weapons.
The holster also includes an option for advanced users to set their own unique tip color, detailed in the extensive readme file included with your purchase.
-- The Scripted Throwing Target Features :
Two primary game modes, one designed to count your score to an infinite number for testing your skills, and a "challenge mode" that allows you to set a specific number of knives per-game to be used by the player, with the goal being to score the most points possible with the number of throws available. This mode is locked to a specific avatar and can be used to battle your friends, the only restriction being that *both* players must own their own set of Tokugawa Throwing Knives.
Finally, a non-scripted throwing target with a lower land impact and a decorational blueprint poster is included with your purchase as well.

Awesome knives!
The are some great looking knives. I followed the additional instructions the previous reviewer Syd left and it works perfectly. They hit the target and look great. I also wish the throwing animation that came with it was better but it can be modified if that bothers you too much. Everything is as described. These are now my weapon of choice! Great job to the creator!
Works as described and looks amazing!
I had a little trouble recoloring the tip, but after a short while I figured out what the creator left out of the instructions. When you set the knife to 'Physical' and 'Temporary' you must take the knife back into inventory while it is still in edit mode. Just leave the edit mode open and right click on the knife and select 'Take' from the menu wheel. Now finish performing the remaining instructions and it should work just fine. At least it did for me ;) The throwing animation could be a little better but it works(note: only with priority 3 AO's, there are some AO's that you have to turn off to see the throwing animation). I don't see the ribbon trail when it is set to on but that may just be perspective(I'll have to get a friend to verify the trail when I have the opportunity). I also wish that you could change the base color from black to another color. The leg strap is a little too square as well. It seems like a lot of complaints but actually they are just nuances and wishes. The product works as described and looks amazing. All in all this is a wicked cool throwing knife set!
