This build is quite nice. We're now using it for an "art gallery" on our RP sim. It was easy to tint the outside to fit other builds in the sim.

I love the way this was designed, *especially* the interior. It's exactly what I was looking for. And at only 50 land impact?! Amazing! 1300L is an incredibly fair price for such a great design. My only comment is that I wish the exterior had a little more design to it, though I do realize that would increase the land impact. But honestly it's nothing that I can't fix on my own with a little exterior decorating. When I contacted the designer about seeing the build in-world she was super friendly and responded right away. A+++ all around!
