The build as it is - Good. But forget modifications!
This build deserves two ratings: If you want to use it as it is: 4 stars. If you want to do modifications: 2 stars. So I rate it 3 stars. The reason for my 2 star rating is simple: The mesh elements linked together are pretty strange. I would expect the parts on one floor to be linked, the wall insert etc, but instead some inner glass, some inner walls, some frames and some outer walls are linked together, making modding close to impossible. I tried hard, and gave up. But if you want it as it is and not want to modify it, it is a 4 star build. The reason for NOT giving it a 5 star is the rather complicated inner geometry making avatar walking a bit challenging, as it is sometimes hard to see the corners.
