This build deserves two ratings: If you want to use it as it is: 4 stars. If you want to do modifications: 2 stars. So I rate it 3 stars. The reason for my 2 star rating is simple: The mesh elements linked together are pretty strange. I would expect the parts on one floor to be linked, the wall insert etc, but instead some inner glass, some inner walls, some frames and some outer walls are linked together, making modding close to impossible. I tried hard, and gave up. But if you want it as it is and not want to modify it, it is a 4 star build. The reason for NOT giving it a 5 star is the rather complicated inner geometry making avatar walking a bit challenging, as it is sometimes hard to see the corners.

This is wonderful, I love it. Also thanks again to the previous reviewer for showing me the building in world :)

The build is excellent, when I first saw it, I have to say I was inspired by it. I love when a creator gives something that causes the imagination to fly. What I had imagined for it did not work out, but perhaps one day something else will come to me for it. Love the fan and centre atrium....so many possibilities with that. Most impressive was the customer service.....thank you, thank for that!!!!!!
