Fantastic Dance Ball!!
To be truthful, I bought this without reading that the dances were not included. So............I panicked when I had to load the dances myself BUT, it was so friggin' simple and the dances almost loaded themselves AND they actually take any dance animations in SL. The ball even troubleshoots almost by itself.....a fantastic item and so user friendly, thanks for making my SL easy!!
Excellent Product!
With all due respect to the other poster, I got excellent customer service...even though the problem with the system was my own fault! (I had the hybrid muted.) The Hybrid works beautifully... The web base manager makes it easy for your patrons to choose dances. This is, by far, the best system out there. Singles, couples...it's a little bit more than the old standard, but well worth it!
I purchased the Hybrid Dance machine after making a "mistake" (my mistake as clearly pointed out to me by the vendor) and purchasing the T1000 system thinking it was a dual machine, and haveing purchased a number of couples dances from both TIS and other vendors "had" to have a machine to handle them. The TIS Hybrid Dance machine is everything it advertises, very user friendly to set up, although changing colors and rotation doesnt work for me, but the machine itself is wonderful - very smooth transition between dances, great that one machine handles both singles and couples dances,extremely easy to load up (actually loads itself almost) overall...I have to rate this product top knotch and would HIGHLY recommend it. I will, however, not rate the customer service as top notch - The vendor appears to take a "i'm superior so don't question me" attitude to her customers, at least me - and I will quickly point out this is ONLY my opinion. The machine 5 stars.
