This is a rusty metal water tower with two versions: A Full Physics version that you can walk on; and a Low Land Impact version without physics.
It comes 10 meters tall. The Full Physics version is 21 land impact. The Low Impact version is 4 land impact. It contains mesh so land impact grows as it gets larger. Unlinking the ladder will reduce land impact by 2.
They have logical surfaces that you can re-texture as you wish.
