[TUFF] Old Wood Lighthouse Version 1.1

Old rustic lighthouse made with wood and rusting metals.

The lower level dock houses the generator powering the light above. Made with wood planks the lower level is the port for all incoming boats visiting the lighthouse.
The middle level is a large room with 2 entry doors. Made with solid wood with peeling paint, but most of the windows have been destroyed and patched over by planks. A pole sits in the middle of the room, rotating and driving the light housing above.
Top level is a large deck surrounding the glass light housing. Light beam turns slowly and is powered by the generator below.

The lighthouse will turn on and off depending the time of day within the sim. The lighthouse can be forced on or off using the control box inside the middle room.
When the lighthouse is active the light beam is on and rotating, all the drive poles are rotating, and the generator is smoking and has an engine sound. While the lighthouse is off nothing is running and is quiet.

The 2 doors in the middle room have security built into them, defaulting to Everyone access. Using the control box the doors can be switched to Owner Only, Group, or Whitelist access.
