[TUFF] Model 2 Rowboat HD Rezzer Version 1.1

This smooth shaped rowboat rezzes at a set point and uses detailed rustic textures of painted wood.

A cleaner paint version is also available.

A selection of boat textures/colours is available from the Rezzer sign to rez, touch the colour on the sign and the boat appears in that colour. Texture changing consists of 1 script in the root prim.

The rowing feature includes animations for turning left and right, is equipped with optional cruise control and 4 speeds.
Oars are given to the driver when sitting on the driver's seat, and a fishing rod is given to the person that sits on the fishing seat.

The rowboat is equipped with cuddling pillows, one male animation and one female. While using the pillows the boat is idle and doesn't move, but the driver/rower can change position and animation to one of the cuddle pillows and still be able to drive while cuddling.

The rezzer is set to touch rez by default - a new boat will rez on touching the Rezzer sign, or scan rez - a new boat will rez after you row off. In scan rez mode, the owner can select which boat colour to rez by default, but people can still select a different colour by touching the colour on the sign.

Boats derez after all passengers leave the boat, using Delay Derez, there is a default 5 minute delay after all passengers leave until derez.

Boat defaults to Everyone security to let anyone drive, other options include Owner Only and Group.
The Rezzer itself has it's own security to allow others to control it, this defaults to Owner only but can be changed to Group or Whitelist.
