[TUFF] Model 2 Rowboat HD Version 1.1

This smooth shaped rowboat rezzes at a set point and uses detailed rustic textures of painted wood.

A cleaner paint version is also available.

A selection of boat textures/colours is available from the Owner Menu with 5 built in textures to pick from. Texture changing consists of 1 script in the root prim.

The rowing feature includes animations for turning left and right, is equipped with optional cruise control and 4 speeds.
Oars are given to the driver when sitting on the driver's seat, and a fishing rod is given to the person that sits on the fishing seat.

The rowboat is equipped with cuddling pillows, one male animation and one female. While using the pillows the boat is idle and doesn't move, but the driver/rower can change position and animation to one of the cuddle pillows and still be able to drive while cuddling.

Features Display Mode, a mode that rezzes it's oars on the boat for display. In display mode the rowboat is locked and only people that are allowed by the security option (except Everyone security) can switch between Display and Row modes.

Default to Owner only security, but can be changed to Group, Whitelist or Everyone.
