Tar Cauldron

A key feature of any ancient,medieval or norhern roleplay environment that includes shipbuilding and docks,this tar heating cauldron gives, when touched, two kinds of tar-coated poles, both wearable.

The first can be worn when the AV uses the tar cauldron's animation, standing next to it and stirring the hot tar.

The second tar-coated pole animates the AV when worn, so that, if standing in front of a docked ship, it will simulate the spreading of tar on the ship's hull.

Tar was used in shipbuilding to coat the wooden hulls of ships to preserve them.

Trident has been designing and creating ancient an d medieval builds since 2007. The inspiration for our work comes from our passion for medieval reenactment and research of historic houses, ships, furniture, jewelry and clothing.

Trident builds are fully supported and continually updated to increase detail and reduce prim count making use of custom sculpts and texturing, and unique scripts and animations.
