The club does not rezz properly
I rezzed the Sunshine club on a parcel that is 4630 sq m and there is no way it will fit on the parcel. There are parts of the club that are floating in the air. When I use the box to move the club into position not everything moves. This club is a real disaster unless someone can show me what is happening.
