The Country Barn is an old but well maintained 4 stall horse barn. The upper hay loft has been converted to a finished loft which is great for a little getaway space or artists nook. Two old wagon wheel chandeliers add to the rustic country farm atmosphere and can be adjusted for color and brightness via simple menu controls. Large dormer windows on either side let in lots of light and provide a unique look.

I wanted this not for horses but for my dogs to stay in. I was completely amazed by the build and all the options included. There are even two colours of the barn although I prefer the wood look.
For the price this is simply the best barn you are going to find and its land impact is fairly low as well.
Gorgeous Barn
Almost didn't buy it because in the mp ad, it said there was an included teleporter if the stairs were too difficult (i like functioning stairs and not wild about teleporters), but turns out if you want to use the stairs and not fall into a stall, just slap up an invisible prim...and the stairs work just fine. The details are lovely and the four stall version is great--stalls are plenty large even for my teegle friesian. Very realistic, love the faded wood, and I added my own kool doors scripts to it and my own light fixtures upstairs no problem. Great views from upper living space and I like that I don't have to have two buildings out for me and the horse. LOL. Guess mom was right and I do live in a barn! Worth every linden...oh and there is a large stone foundation under the barn, which is great if you terraform and want your barn on a hill.
simply the best barn I have seen
The detail is awesome and such low land impact this barn is almost perfect I did not expect all the options like a 2 stall version or a red version my only complaint is I wish there was a 5 stall version but that was easy to fix through some minor editing I made my own 5 stall version and only increased the land impact by 2.

This is a very detailed barn, with a lot of functionality as described in previous reviews.
The LI of 56 is already quite low, but it can be reduced further. The building was a bit too large for my taste, and after changing 2 items on the upper floor I was able to shrink it by 15%. LI decreased to 43 (that wasn't the reason to shrink it, but still happy about that).
The only thing missing is materials for all of the surfaces, but it wasn't advertised having that.
