The Nathanial Cape House(173LI, 30x19)

The Nathanial Cape House is another of my Dutch Colonial inspired house. It is a double storey house with 3 bedrooms and a spacious family hall upstairs. It has another bedroom on the lower floor which can be turned into a study/library. The living/dining area opens out to the back through French doors and even the kitchen and bedroom opens out to the back through double doors.
The kitchen is big enough to have a breakfast area next to the French doors.

The Nathanial Cape House is 173LI with a base area of 30x19.

I have also included in this package an optional Guest House/Pool House and also the pool and landscaping you see in the picture. Best if you see the demo house at my in-world store.

There are 3 rezz boxes. One for the main house, one for the guest house(65LI, 14x12) and one for the complete set(309LI, 57x44).
