The Primavera Condo is 100% mesh and as it is has a land impact of 4.
The perms are MOD and COPY, (the scripts are no mod which will make the prim appear as no mod, but you can modify the build, just not the scripts).
The build is 16.5 m by 16.5 m, consisting of a large spacious room with dual aspect windows, there are 4 doors leading to four auxiliary rooms, that may be used as you wish.
All textures are on a 1 to 1 ratio so you can easily redecorate to suit your own taste.
There are materials in floor, which you can benefit from seeing with the correct level of graphics..

nice but not right sized rooms
While the skybox is nice, the four smaller rooms are super tiny, not big enough to really use for much
