This house is a bit different to the “normal” Houses you find here.

My idea was a house with a bit more colour, but not too bright and with a lot of flowers, inside and outside.

Also nice details like a huge fireplace with a steaming pot, all windows can be opend and closed, but not the folding shutters.

At the end it turned out as it is: a wonderful nice small house with excellent high detailed textures, a wonderful conservatory, a nice little garden with a small pond and Flowers inside and outside.

All windows can be darkened and the colour of the little lights can be changed or switched off.

The size is 20*25m with the garden around.

To reduce the amount of prims, which I know is very high for such a small house; you can reduce the amount of flowers, which are no 1 prim plants. I don’t use them, because with some viewers they look strange from a certain distance.

The house comes boxed.
