So-so
The furnished version is only PARTIALLY furnished, and some with furnitures having ONE pose only, so... really not great. It's true as said another that the textures on MP pictures are NOT those given, but nice though. the outside plants, specially the bosquet could be of a far better quality. The rooms are very badly implemented to that you loose a LOT of m² for peanuts.
Worth 1500/2000 L$, but certainly not the 3499L$ paid
