Dark wood and red bricks are one of my favorite materials and water-theme houses is always my number 1 favorite. I also wanted to build something a city-dweller who loves the water would live in and so I came up with The Waterfront Brick Condo-Boathouse.
I imagine this house faces the water with the road behind. Of course, if you can also rez this house on land and have a 3-storey house with a car porch!
The Waterfront Brick Condo-Boathouse can also be a land-based house if you live on a land-locked parcel.
This house has an open concept for the living/dining and kitchen area with long windows and a balcony. There are 2 bedrooms, one of which can the bathroom if you like. There is also a space on the landing for a cozy study area.

This house comes with a rezzer. The house shows no mod only because the door scripts are not modifiable. You can modify the house.
