An old theater that has seen all sorts of films, from the big screen to the low budget failures. It's in rough condition, but it's not a total loss. The previous owner had started to work on the place, but disappeared.. never to be seen again.
You'll find that it's rather large and can accommodate a good number of seats, plus it has a balcony too.. just watch your step on the rusted ladders that lead to it.
It features a large concession area good for adding popcorn, drinks, ticket counter and arcade games and a huge cinema area that's sure to impress your guests. It's a fully linked build with dual doors on the front as well as leading inside the cinema.
An awesome addition to any urban or grunge area and great for role play too!
The theater boasts a large 12.5 x 37.5 footprint.
