This is a tiki beach hut, complete with a stylish sculpted thatched roof and soft brown wooden textures. The windows are well sculpted and nicely blend into the structure, as do the 1 prim scripted linked door. It makes for a perfect beach home or decor!
Since it is mod&Copy, it is also a wonderfull choice for the owners of land rental sims - nothing like giving a free hut to each of your new residents to start a friendly relationship with your future renters!
I made sure that it will look good, while remaining very low prim. With just 13 prims (that's probably less than some of your furniture - admitt it!), this hut is a perfect choice for those who own small parcels, or just those who wish to have more prims remaining for their furniture or decor.
I decided to build a beach house, beacuse the popularity of beach or pacific themed sims in Second Life.
