Tredpro HTA Apartment+Kitchen Buildbox Versión 1

As someone who has spent a few years making a mansion of a skybox, I still found a way to shoehorn in attaching this to it because it's one of the best homes out there. Granted this is just a room, and I got the other room portions that go with this as well, (and use them) but it's everything you'd want just about. Lights that work, blinds that work. Low Li (even though LI saving isn't my personal priority) Moddable. I just wish my whole home was more of this instead of other stuff, but it's hard to make a penthouse out of an apartment box.

Well built and the controls, textures and lightning are well designed. I didn't find any demo in-world at the Tredpro/Astaro store and was skeptical at first but the build is amazing. Everything is scripted/assembled perfectly to work well with each part. My only little hiccup is that the mesh work is very simple, furniture/counters/kitchen/ramps, very low poly which make the skybox low LI (which can be a good thing if that's what you want). The texture work makes it look splendid. A middle ground with a bit more poly/LI and rounder corner/frames would make this build fantastic in my opinion.

This skybox home is rather good, and the features for it are also rather unique for what it is, but there is one small little issue I noticed with it. I'm not sure if it has to do with reducing the amount of collision meshes in order to save land impact or if it was simply passed over, but the living room quadrant seems to be lacking one, and anyone is able to just jump in and out without issues. Currently I have a box around the whole building to prevent that from happening, but that's really about it. Nice work.
