Fun design you can play around with. A nice low prim. Bird & cricket sounds, are scripted to change for the day & night times. Windows have transparency, so you can easily see. Copy & mod.

Super Fun And Low LI
This is like something I would make. Paying only 8L$ for it feels bad, because it's obviously made with love and is even low on the land impact.
