I am proud to present the Tropical Beach Building Set. This set is all about realistically merging green tropical lands to white sand beaches. It allows you to create a rich level of detail which cannot be achieved using just SL terrain.
Gentle waves lap on to the contours of the sloping beach and darken the sand. The sound of waves washing takes you far away.
There are 7 main beach pieces in the set, each includes sand, animated wave and sound - all meshed together for a detailed and realistic effect.
The set is designed for both large scale sim projects and smaller projects too - optimised pieces are included to give you best best prim count/ physics at different sizes.
Physics are accurate so you can walk on the beach sections without falling through or hitting barriers.
In the box:
7 main beach pieces - with mapped animated waves and sound
64 meters - 10 to 13 li (prims) for each beach/ wave section.
or
32 meter - 4 to 6 li for each beach/ wave section.
1 Grassy Outcrop - 1 li (for linked pair)
plus a sea bed section
Note these pieces are optimised to give accurate physics at supplied size and make the best of SL's systems - you can use 32 or 64 meters depending on your scale. Use the size closest to you final size - ie do not use a 32m section scaled up to 64 meters or vice versa.
Please note that size changes to mesh items can result in an increased prim count.

I have designed sims and created builds here in SL for some years now. For the first time I took a shortcut....buying several beach/tropical packs to quickly put together a tropical paradise. I must say, these sets are easy to set up and tweak to fit with the most basic of building skills. Well Done Alex! Thank you!
Very well done
This beach set is easier to use and go faster than the other one but check carefully the sand of your sim because here the sand texture is mixed with grass and you cannot really tint it.
Best beach kit in SL
Very easy to use and looks great! Thank you for making it mod too for slight sizing alterations. :) Other beach kits are just too fiddly, but this one cuts your time down drastically and have your beach set up without a fuss.

It's so realistic, and so easy to fit the pieces together. I wrapped up my whole sim seamlessly and incredibly fast. Sorry I wasted time attempting to terraform a beach before buying this!
