Great Beach Tree House
Great little addition for my sim. Just one minor thing, one of the trees sorta juts into the lower larger room, might have looked better had that been redone so it didn't - but it's a minor thing, as the whole thing is modfyiable anyway so you can adjust/remove bits you don't need.

This was a breeze to set up and is so lovely on my Island.

A lovely treehouse, low prim and very well build.
It looks great on my tropical beach land.
