Was looking for a nice island for the sim. This one is great !! Wonderful detail on the whole build. Also, love the fact that it can be edited, if you decide you want to change something a bit. But, it is wonderful as it is. Customer service can not be beat, Contacted designer about one small issue, with one of the rocks, was a issue of mine, not with the build. He was more than willing to help me with anything I needed. It's not the cheapest price, but you get what you pay for, it's worth the price. It's very difficult to find builds of this quality in SL that take up so few prims. Overall I think this is a great build and fun to have at my sim. I would absolutely recommend this to a friend and will look at Felixx's builds in the future if I need anything else.

Was super easy to set up! Rezed it as high as possible so nothing else in view, and the water looks great! Detail with huts is fantastic! Not only that, but had a small issue, and contacted owner, twice, and he responded right away both times, and was quick to offer a solution. He was also helpful in selecting the right one before I purchased! Has some fantastic other builds too!!! Looks great and very low prims! Great to deal with! Thanks so much!
