Tropical Palm Treehouse 28 Li

i have a 512 size land and managed to fit it in just a few leaves that hung out and a tiny branch
but the quality and style for what you pay is well worth it
hes a absolute star

This is a real bargain for 989 linden dollars. And what you get for only 28 prims (LI) is totally alright. You have to make a little cut at the palm trees leaves and other green plants, because it looks not like the actual mesh objects, especially, when you go closer. But for this price you cannot complain. Just ONE important thing: there is written that it is fitting on a rented 512 sqm landparcel. That maybe the house alone, without the palm trees. But the whole object doesn't even fit on a 1024 sqm landparcel, like I got it. The palm tops always go out of the borders of this 1024 sqm and after a while they just disappear, because you rezzed on a neighbour parcel. So to avoid changing to a bigger landparcel, I moved the three palm trees more into the center, and turned all 3 towards the house. Now it fits on the 1024 sqm. I just have to live with the matter, that the tree trunks now all look partly into the rooms, what does not matter , because it is a TREE house....so what ... Nevertheless it looked better when you left it in the original state. But be sure you have more than 1024 sqm, if you don't want to edit anything, because the palm trees are enormously big !

great made low prim palm treehouse ! with only 28 Li its perfect for each tropical tiki place !

I love this tree house so much, the quality of it is just fantastic. It is so detailed and so well textured for such a low prim count. The little details such as the birds and butterflies flying around it are just perfect finishing touches and really give you the sense that you're hanging out in your own tropical paradise. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!
