A lovely two-sided sim-divider waterfall that looks great - much more appealing than a simple wall crammed against your neighbors plot, and the way it was created also gives the entire sim a more natural appearance.
This enchantingly beautiful sim-divider waterfall has mossy rock colors, streams of water with sound (menu-controlled) and enough plants to add a splash of color.
It is low-prim yet highly detailed...and the height is enough to give privacy but not too tall as to look unnatural or be overpowering (40m tall).
*Waterfall sounds are accessed via clicking waterfall (9 choices/volume/on-off control).

* If your neighbor already has a sim-divider or doesn't appreciate the view it's easy to remove any waterfall streams and plants facing their land as it's easily modifiable.

128 meters wide/40 meters tall, and depth of 25m is as thin as I could make it while still retaining realism and beauty for a nice sim divider.
*128m is 1/4th of a sim, and another copy can be rezzed on either side to enclose your 1/4 sim-sized parcel.

* You can copy this 128m sim-divider to stretch across any sized parcel, but I do have a 241m sized one that rezzes as one piece to stretch across a full sim and provides more variety in waterfall stream, rock, and plant placement so that it looks more natural.

* Sound is in 2 places (each edge piece) - to turn sound on/off you will need to click each edge section (this is so you can have sound in only one area if desired). There is no sound in the center section.
