A magnificent reconstruction of an ancient city of the forties and fifties.
Successive of Utopia 1, this time complemented by new buildings recently built up to the dimensions of 100x100 meters.
As usual after each expansion set has undergone a complete overhaul. And if it has improved the quality of it, warning errors that have been solved.

It is constructed so that you can put the set in any position (Rezz Faux).
You can delete and modify parts of your choice, to achieve greater number of prims free.
Recommended for placement on a portion of land of 128X128, a quarter of a sim.
Not recommended for new users.
The doors are locked (type "/unlock" in chat).

ADVANCED INSTRUCTIONS
Facility owners of parcels with measures 100X100
Place the rezzer in the exact center of the plot.
Correction of the deviation.
Move rezzer -18.667 meters in red axis
Move rezzer +2.254 meters in the green axis.
If you do all these corrections will display correctly.
I fit perfectly in the center of the surface.

It's pretty...
I like it, it's extremely well made and works well. Unfortunately, the rez faux included isn't central and so maybe 10m or so was hanging off my land and was returned. Because of the high prim count (that's a good thing for the detail I wanted!) I couldn't grab it all to move it and it's not copyable. :-(
