This is an upgraded version of the chair and sofa found in The Vermont Houseboat.

Relax in the comfy chair that has six different seating positions for Male and six for Female.
The long, stylish sofa has six different seating positions for Male, six positions for Female, as well as six cuddle positions for a couple.
These are all done using the AV sitter, so no glitchy animations or pose balls.

Both the chair and the sofa have nine different fabric choices.
