The Vermont Houseboat is born from the stunning forests and mountain ranges and arguably the finest maple syrup producing area. Known for is fine buildings and University and NOW the Vermont Houseboat.
Entering from the boat mooring patio area, a classic white door provides access to the stairs into the large living area, where you will find sofas, chairs, coffee table and rug. Sofas have positions for two people and 4 single seating animations each. In addition, the sofas also have two nice couple/cuddle animations. The chair has 4 single sitting poses. These are all done using the AV sitter, so no glitchy animations or pose balls.
At the far end of the living room stairs lead to the bedroom area, with elegant white French Door onto the balcony patio area. On The balcony is a nice Tiki Table/Parasol and 4 stools, with 4 seating animations.
Beautiful artwork of the Vermont state grace the wall on both the floors.
