The Torquay Houseboat comes from the south-coast of England, the English Rivera.
The Aqua rustic wood outside, the internal driftwood walls and the lovely parquet floor gives a very informal feel. Attractive dividing walls splits the living area from the bedroom space.
Enter through the classic white door, down the stairs, to the living area where you will find benches against the walls and two sofas and chairs. Benches & sofas have positions for two people and 4 single seating animations each. In addition, the sofas also have two nice couple/cuddle animations. The chair has 4 single sitting poses. These are all done using the AV sitter, so no glitchy animations or pose balls.
Eight Abstract/Modern artwork pictures have been included on the walls.
None of the furniture or artwork is linked to the building but is included in the rez box. This means you can use them, copy more or not use at all.
