I want to echo the last reviewer in saying I bought this house a long time ago, and keep returning to it. It is just a great build, as others have already said. And how can anyone go wrong paying 99L for a spacious, well-made home. This builder is skilled and generous!
I LOVE This house
I actually bought this house a long time ago, when mesh first started making an appearance I believe it was. And I was shopping for another house for a new location tonight and saw this ad. While I am sitting in this house. And I have to say, of all the houses I have bought, much like hair, skins, vehicles and animals/npc humans I collect them, I always seem to come back to this house. I have now five personal properties and this house is on 3 of them. i love it that much. I've even taken the time to completely recolor one of them to make it a whits wood house which changes the look completely! That's how much I love this house. For the prim count and everything it has, and yes, there are ways you can lower the count even further...this house is amazing. Buy it.... you want to....push the dang button, it's right there! hit it! Do it Do it Do it! You wont regret it.

Love this house, it is seamless. The textures in and out are ideal and it also comes with decking for the back of the house and a double door garage! Although the texture on the garage doors seems to fade when you zoom out, if you know what I mean but that doesn't matter. Such a bargain! :)
Pretty but...
Has a room where there is an issue with walking upstairs, when there are no stairs; a blockage. Maybe a phantom wall issue, but it makes it so that you have to compromise with one of the three upstairs bedrooms, unfortunately. I DID contact the creator to no avail :(
