The house is wonderful. However, whilst the description does mention faces sharing different parts of the house. I do wish I had more forwarning or was able to see the house in person to check the faces out.
Even with the UV maps, this house is far too much of a hassle to re texture. As there are parts of inside and outside that share textures. It would be awesome to get this house with better faces.
But, if you are just wanting the house as is, it'll work perfectly for you.
not as many rooms as said
unless u consider a stairwell and closet a room not as big as it sounds there r 3 bedrooms upstairs not 4 and 2 living rooms and a kitchen downstairs not what im looking if u want a 3 bedroom house its cute but not for a bigger family

Wonderful! It's sooo nice and well made for the price. Perfect for a small family of four~ (and maybe a puppy :p)
